Meditation is as sunlight upon the Unified Field

[...VERY Interesting....I just noticed this post sitting in my blog as a DRAFT that had never been published. I don't even remember how it got here or where it came from, I am only sure I didn't write it myself. Still, I think it is highly appropriate I found it TODAY, because today I finally achieved the goal I received from my "inner guidance" almost two years ago now. That is, to make the Meditation track that helped change my life available for FREE to all. Yes, as of TODAY you can download the Daily Tune Up by MagnficentVoyage (Mary Preuss Olson - my reiki and EMF teacher and friend). This awesome meditation would literally change the world if everybody listened to it daily..or at least until you master balancing your OWN energy...you can look at this and other meditation CDs as "training wheels" for your spiritual energy system. Please try it and tell all your friends!]

We live in an interconnected world, or a "psychic ecosystem" of many minds and bodies. This unified field, through which we interact, conveys every inner impulse, just like radio signals, with lightning speed to the world at large. In return, the conditions of the world are transmitted back to us in a constant feedback-loop. Our Brothers' and Sisters' misery is also our own, and so too is their love and good will. Every mind renders instantaneous effect upon every other mind, continuously. This is the natural law of cause and effect, also known as karma.States of mind resemble the various nation-states of the world. Each has its own policy on human relations, be it kind, ruthless, compassionate or indifferent. Every mind state has its own scope of influence, with far reaching environmental effects upon our entire planetary society. Every feeling, thought and intention we have, contributes to the unfolding of external events, which mirror our internal focus. Inner states become like entities, traveling from person to person through the agency of resonant human minds. We live in a unified ocean of consciousness, where every single state of mind has relevance. There is no inner impulse that does not eventually give rise to profound outcomes. For this reason, our inner state of being must be considered of equal importance to the outer state of social affairs. The inner and the outer are inextricably bound together, and can never be separated. Thus, war torn fields of battles waged, or peaceful splendors of harvest, are ultimately only an intention, feeling or thought away. In order for us to change the outer condition of community, environment and international policy, we must first change the inner condition known to be their primary cause. Peace can be reflected in the outer world only when it is firmly established within. The same may be said about love, clarity, compassion and good will to all nations and neighbors. For this reason, it is our need as a species to master our inner state of being, so that outer chaos may be transformed to peace and spiritual prosperity. Meditation is a primary key in this work. As we meditate, we create a coherence and elevation of the consciousness (mind state) within. Like all other states of mind, the meditative state creates profound changes in our personal sphere, and ultimately, within the collective sphere of our global civilization. The inner coherence, love and clarity that meditation acts to cultivate within, can then be combined with other people who also meditate. Through this practice, individuals and groups may reorient their state of mind at will. As a body of persons dedicated to the greater enlightenment of our species, we may direct our new-found inner force together. We may mutually create at-will changes in our environment, in the same fashion as we created them within.World and Earth changes are upon us. Many of these reflect the inner imbalances of our human collective consciousness, in the form of war, extremes in weather and climate, environmental degradation and general confusion. Through meditation we can and we are transforming these world conditions by intentionally bringing love and clarity to bear upon the shadowy corners of the world. In this way, meditation is as sunlight, upon the Unified Fields of the planet Earth.

Using UNITY to solve today's problems

Albert Einstein stated that "Problems cannot be solved at the same level of consciousness that created them." In addition, he is attributed with this golden nugget of wisdom: "You cannot simultaneously prevent and prepare for war." However, today we see many nations trying to do just that. The sooner we recognize the futility of such actions the sooner we may finally notice that PEACE is what happens when we humans with our limited thinking brains are not involved (or at least, are not "in charge")!

This is basically a matter of TRUTH. There is only ONE TRUTH that is absolute, there is only ONE /LIGHT/. Duality consciousness sees a world of equal parts light and darkness, ie, Yin/Yang. However this is the level of consciousness at which we created the problem of war.
You see, in duality, "every action creates an equal and opposite reaction." Every time we go out to protest war, even with our greatest intent, the nature of duality means that we are also creating the opposite of what we seek...more war.

So if we are to believe Albert Einstein, we must rise to the highest level of consciousness, one step above DUALITY to that single TRUTH before seeking to solve any problem that was created from within the DUALITY.

So if we see our "two eyes" as the key witnesses to our dualistic reality, how can we begin to "take a step back" and see from that higher perspective that Einstein hinted at?

First, become aware of your "third eye" and its reference in past literature as the "one eye" (ie, if thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light, Matthew 6:22) and also be aware that your HEART is more than a muscle and even more than a chakra...its a connection to the ONE LIGHT that we all are born with, and which our culture may teach us to hold closed tight like a fist out of FEAR".

Basically, if your "one eye" is shut you will be easily decieved by what you see/hear. However if that eye is open, you can see beyond the surface to the REAL truth. If your HEART energy is used in creation, then it is built on a solid foundation - not the dualistic stage which has uncertain outcomes ie, the world of chaos.

Try this little energy exercise that "dawned on me" on 1.10.2005 as I was trying to find a way to rise above:
  1. Be aware of your energy and feel grounded, ie, connected deeply to the energy of the earth.
  2. Be aware of your energy and feel centered, ie, strongly united in your core column of energy.
  3. Place your awareness on your heart and the energy that surrounds it (stay here as long as you can, as often as you can). FEEL THE LOVE of UNCONDITIONAL TRUTH/LIGHT...
  4. Bring this energy, along with your awareness, into union with the energy of your Third Eye. Infuse your intention to allow LOVE and TRUTH to lift you into the state of UNITY.
  5. Place your awareness on the crown chakra at the top of your head and infuse with your intent to OPEN TO RECEIVE HIGHER WISDOM....WE are all born with the capacity to feel our "cup runneth over"....just ask for A FREE REFILL, ANYTIME.

My 'sources' tell me that the more we do this the more our outer experiences will reflect the One.

Unity Breath Meditation

The Unity Breath
as shared by Drunvalo Melchizedek

The following instructions can be achieved with or without the Light Body. This is a source of action that is the most perfect that I know of. This information comes from Sri Yukteswar Giri, Yogananda's guru. It is one of the final stages of Kriya Yoga. May this be a blessing in your life.

1. Sit quietly where you will not be disturbed.

2. Be aware of your Light Body or Mer-Ka-Ba if you can. If you cannot, then just be aware of a tube of light that is embedded inside your body. If you are Buddhist, you may be aware of this tube. It is similar to a fluorescent tube in that it is straight and glass-like and about the same diameter. If you hold your middle finger and thumb together, that will be the size of your tube. It runs from one hand length above your head to one hand length below your feet. It enters your head at the crown chakara on the top of the head or, in other words, the place where a baby pulses directly after birth. It then leaves the body at the perineum, the soft place between the anus and the genitals, but continues between the legs to one hand length below the feet.

Place your attention on this tube as you begin.

3. Shift your attention to Mother Earth, the Divine Female. Let yourself feel love for her. See nature, trees, rivers, mountains etc., and feel love for this beautiful planet. Realize how much that she has given to you, and allow your emotional body to feel love for her. This cannot be intellectualized. You cannot say to yourself, "I am now feeling love for Mother Earth". It must be a fully body experience. You must actually "feel" love for her. If you cannot really feel love for Mother Earth, then there is no need to continue.

4. Once the feeling of love is in your heart, then imagine your love being put into a small ball about two inches in diameter at your heart chakara. This chakara is just above the sternum and in the center of your body (inside the tube). Now with your intention, send this love (in the little ball) down your tube to the center of the earth, and wait for a reply from Mother Earth. She will reply. You are her child; of course she will reply. For some this happens almost instantly. For others it may take two or three minutes. You will "feel" the reply. You will "feel" her love coming back to you. When you do, let the love spread through your Light Body.

5. Without breaking the connection to Mother Earth that you have just made, shift your attention to what we call Father Sky, the Divine Male. Father Sky is the rest of creation other than the earth. See perhaps, the night sky with all the stars shinning brightly. See the Milky Way and the other planets moving through space. Feel the love you have for the Father. When this love becomes strong, place this love into a small ball at your heart chakara, and send it up your tube into the space above the earth about 60 miles above the earth's surface. We cannot explain what happens here, as it is too complicated. You will have to trust.

Send your love into the space surrounding the earth, and wait for a reply from Father Sky. You will "feel" his love coming back to you. When you do, let the love spread through your Light Body.

6. Now you have both the love of the Divine Mother and the love of the Divine Father in your heart at the same moment. This seldom happens in human experience. You are now ready for the next part of this meditation.

7. Without stopping this Divine Love, place your attention on your breathing tube. Be aware of the very ends or tips of the tube one-hand length above your head and one hand length below your feet. Now with your intention, open this tube so that the consciousness of All Life Everywhere begins to flow into your body. This is the very consciousness of God. This Light will instantly pervade your entire Light Body. You are now breathing God. God is everywhere. God has always been within your space. This meditation simply allows you to be aware of it by making a conscious connection. This almost always is a very powerful experience.

8. There is one more part. There is a cosmic law that says that whenever we receive, we must give back. At this point, imagine a sphere around your body, (or use one of the actual energy spheres if you are aware of them) that is filled with the Light from God that entered through your tube. See this sphere surrounding your entire body. Now let this sphere begin to expand like a balloon being blown up. First slowly, then faster and faster. After a second or two it will be moving at a tremendous speed. Now let it expand with the intention that it returns to God. It expands at the speed of thought to the source of the Light. It expands throughout all dimensions and all levels of reality. God is now breathing you.

9. The image is a flow coming in through your breathing tube, spreading throughout your Light Body, and then returning to the Source.

10. At this moment, you are in the presence of God. If you really do this with truth and honesty, this connection is all you need to find your way through these incredible times.

11. Now the object is to stay in this state of consciousness at all times. Remember and know your intimate connection to God. What else is there? What could you possibly fear? Everything will come to you. Life is whole, complete and perfect.

May this information be a blessing in your life. May you remember who you are and why you came to earth. May you remember your sacred purpose in life. Love is the key.

Justin Said

(How I learned Love is real...and death is not.)

Dedicated to everyone who has experienced loss or lives in fear of death, in memory of Gene's nephew, Justin, who took his own life at the young age of 14 at the end of September, 2004 - and then came back to deliver a message of peace.

Three Nightmares

Almost a week before Justin died

I wasn't sleeping very well,

I had no idea why.

My nightmares kept coming back…

Night after night-

Each worse than the last.

As my important dreams usually do

These came in a set of three

That makes me think they may be true.

1

The first dream was short

I was in an airplane of some sort

Uniformed men were busy

hiding some illicit cargo

In the seats, in the floor.

I’m not quite sure

How I knew it

But I knew

It had all been done before.

2

The next night my dream

Was more down to earth

I was in a library

In a school

I’m not sure how I knew it

But something told me

Using drugs was the rule

Not the exception

Perhaps because drugs are now considered

Part of first grade education.

3

On night three, I was in a house

Where torture was being performed

In a strange sad world

In which violence was the norm

And peace was quaint

A nice thought to consider,

And as rare as a saint.

I knew something must be wrong,

The violence had become so loud and strong…

I knew I had to say “so long”!

I made my mind up to leave

I had to escape it all.

I ran upstairs blind with fear

I ran right into a woman in the hall,

She knew me, but I had never seen her face.

She didn’t want me to go – so she

Squeezed me like a vice.

Until I told her what she needed to hear…

…and lifted my kitten into my arms,

and RAN away,

Before I could hear what she’d try to say.

I ran blindly through a door,

across a room with a dull wood-grain floor,

Without a second thought,

Saw a window - and

jumped right out!

Hurtling down,

To the ground down below,

Tumbling and sliding

In the cold, wet snow.

Without thinking I raced

Blind with fear yet somehow slow

So my retreating footsteps wouldn’t show…

I placed my feet one by one

Within the icy boot prints

And I was halfway gone before I realized

They were the footprints of the man inside

(the one who’d made me run and hide,

Even though it was freezing cold outside…)

I felt myself, unlike myself, calmly decide

“I’ll just stay right here with my kitten

in these bushes and wait until its safe to go…”

How long that would take, I guess I’ll never know…

Because right at that moment,

I heard a noise.

Waking Up

My eyes opened wide,

I was instantly transported…

From a frozen nightmare hiding place,

To our warm dry bed…your smiling face…

Bringing me back from the darkness

and handing me

My first cup of coffee,

warm and sweet…

Confused at first I hid my head

Under my pillow.

Who am I? Where was I? How’d I get here?

Was that dream really just in my head?

Or was it saying something important

Is that why I felt so much dread?

No doubt about it,

time to start a brand new Day…

The anchorman appeared

On the TV screen looking overjoyed to say

something I took as just plain bad news

awful and MEAN:

“Winter is almost here

And my oh my

Just in time!

The price of heating oil is

gonna go sky high!”

So I did what came naturally,

And started to cry.

My oh my.

With Coffee mug in hand, in the TV’s glow

I wondered why this violence

In my dreams had seemed to grow…

Getting louder and clearer

Scene by scene, three nights in a row…

Each day I woke up feeling even more blue,

As my dreams told me there was

Something important I should do…

[have your dreams told you

something that seemed important too?

What’s the message?

Will you tell me?

Maybe if we compare notes

We’ll find out our dreams are quite the same…

Showing us each what we must do

To make our choice of which

dreams we make come true…

Choosing new dreams of love,

over nightmares created by our fear!]

I turned on a cartoon

To try and calm my nerves

But the music made me feel

Like I was going berserk

And the characters were at war

Some game they were fighting for

Beating, shooting, killing everyone in sight

I turned off the TV and knew

My work had just begun.

It is true

In America now,

Violence passes for fun.

Remembering Dreams

As the darkest dream faded,

I started to feel less jaded

And remembered earlier messages

From dreams more mild.

They reminded me to live

with the heart of a child…

To be happy and love everything I see,

just as it is, ‘cause it IS ME, you see!”

Play with dogs and laugh and sing

Don’t worry over money, clothes or diamond rings.

Just BE…

In that moment that is all we really know…

In that moment that is all we really need…

In that moment that is where heaven waits…

When we cease to think and plan,

As if we’ve figured it all out,

When we let our fears go and

Let the love pour out….

Expect nothing but the best then

wait for something even better..

Pay attention very closely to every single clue

until you finally get the proof you need…

That life is so much more than what we see…

It’s in the details of life that catch us by surprise

Where God can simply “BE”.

Wishing

I’m so glad I remembered, just in time,

Now the rest of the day would be just fine…

I laughed and hugged our silly dog, Hutch,

and told Gene out loud how

it wouldn’t be that much

If “instead of just one dog,

we could somehow have THREE…

One could sleep on your side, and one could sleep by me,

And one could keep our feet warm

We’d all keep warm all winter long no matter what

Even if we can’t afford to pay for oil for heat.

We’d get one dog who is a girl of course,

The other will be little, black and white

And we could even name him Starski!

And say that’s Polish for star

And Hutch would be happier and by far,

hearing the sound of those extra furry feet…

Wouldn’t THREE dogs

make this family complete?”

And we laughed,

Making the best of the news.

Waiting

On the day we think Justin died,

we knew something was very wrong

But we didn’t know what.

When Gene got goosebumps

up and down his arms,

We knew something wasn’t right,

But we didn’t know what.

At least not for a few more days,

Until Friday when the call finally came.

Wondering

Colleen called us Friday morning

leaving a voicemail strained by tears

“Justin passed away,” she cried.

Could her brother please come home?

I tried to call back right away

But no one answered -

Gene was at work without a phone

So I sat home that day alone

And cried and cried, not knowing what to say.

Then I found myself asking Justin how he had died,

And what he told me then I won’t repeat here.

Let’s just say I had a hunch and it was right.

When Gene found out he cried.

It’s the first time I’ve seen him cry!

We packed our bags

Hopped in the car and

started to drive.

First Walk: Trouble

Almost a week after Justin died

We finally made it to Colleen’s side.

It was Monday night

And the little black dog they called “Trouble”

Let me know he’d like to go outside…

So I grabbed his leash,

And let him lead the way

Out the front door,

Down the sidewalk

then turned left…

a few steps up the hill,

When suddenly,

A quiet strong voice

Passed silently through my head…

“Tell Mom I’m sorry I kicked her flowers…”

I came to a standstill,

And said “What the heck was that” when suddenly,

I heard those words again,

And felt a small invisible hand squeeze mine

And I knew it was Justin

and he wanted to say,

“Don’t worry about me, I’m ok!”

I took Trouble back inside

A little more stunned

A little more joyful

Than I had imagined I could be…

And Althea said “its my turn!”

So I put the leash on her collar

And walked her next

No surprises

Just the stars following overhead

As usual.

When I took Althea back in

Hutch said “now me.”

I just didn’t know if I could handle all three

At one time.

So I walked them one by one.

It was a lot of work

But it needed to be done.

Second Guessing

So I guess

While I was first walking Trouble

that was the instant,

I almost knew for sure

that death is a lie…

I didn’t understand

Exactly what had happened or why

So I tried to ignore it, then

fought it some more,

before I told anyone at all.

The next day I told Gene and

I asked him if I should tell her,

He said “no way, they’ll think your crazy,

Don’t say anything, ok?”

So I waited one more day.

No matter where I was I kept hearing that line,

Like when a song I can’t forget

keeps re-playing in my mind…

Second Walk

The second night I took all three dogs for a walk

Each one had a leash and

We didn’t make it very far

Very fast

But they made a braid of their leashes

In no time flat.

It was hard

but in a silly way,

I laughed as they dragged me

three different ways.

Only catching me in their wild snare

Several times

We didn’t cover much distance

But I think I laughed at them

More than they laughed at me

But I’m not sure.

This wasn’t too bad.

Still I waited one more day,

Until the funeral was behind us.

It was there that my confidence grew,

Through our tears and our pain

I got a glimpse of the Truth!

And I’ll never be the same.

I owe it all to the story

That Tom so eloquently shared – because

his story was a lot like MINE!

He felt Justin appear in his car one day

And was given a message he was asked to relay,

“Tell Mom, I love her dearly…”

Justin told him, oh so clearly…

And now here was Tom telling all of us,

As if it were as normal as riding a bus…

I guess that story was a miracle for me,

Made me finally believe

what I thought I heard

really

might be

true.

Confessing

Later on, back at the house,

I saw Colleen sitting alone on the porch,

I knew I had to risk it and tell her right away…

I wasn’t really sure what to say…

Nothings ever happened to me quite this way…

So I said, don’t think I’m crazy but

does this mean anything to you? I’ve been struggling for 48 hours,

to find some way to make sense of this,

and Tom’s story made me feel normal somehow…

I was out here walking with Trouble the other night,

And I felt a presence in my heart

And I knew, without knowing how, that it was Justin…

And Justin said

“Tell Mom I’m sorry I kicked her flowers…”

Those words didn’t make much sense,

And I’ve been worried about when and how

and whether to tell you

ever since…he said,

“Tell Mom I’m sorry I kicked her flowers…”

Colleen’s jaw just dropped,

As she looked me in the eye and said

“No one but me and Justin knew about THAT…”

He’d gotten really mad one day

and being a highly skilled black belt in karate

He’d kicked her flowers right out of the ground,

They were her flowers from mother’s day!

And now that he was gone,

he wanted her to know he didn’t mean it,

That he got mad and did the damage

before he even knew it,

He didn’t want her to remember him angry…

He wanted her to remember – he loved her dearly.

Third Walk

The night after the funeral,

After delivering Justin’s message at last

I walked three dogs again.

This time we left the leashes in the house.

We walked through the shadows

Like a casual pack

With pride.

Justin made it clear

He’d be so much happier

If his dogs stayed together

Someplace where they’d be loved

Gene felt that vibe too…

We didn’t need to debate.

We remembered my wish,

Here were the two extra dogs

We had just talked about the week before.

And somehow we knew

That morning

Justin had been checking in with us

To see if we’d take his dogs in together

Before he could go,

He had to know.

We loaded all three dogs up in our car

And drove them home.

Another Message

Two weeks after Justin died,

He came back once again to my left side,

And said there’s more she needs to know,

Won’t you tell her for me please?”

But I refused, and told Justin,

“This is something she must hear from YOU….

No matter what it takes, you can do it if you try,

Please, Justin, tell her yourself – so she’ll Know too.

Tell her so she’ll really know what is TRUE.

For herself….”

Message Delivered

And so a week later I got the urge to call her back…

And she said, “I have a story to tell you when I see you!”

I got excited and said, don’t wait just tell me now….

That’s when she told me about her first sweatlodge

And about how, after that experience of a lifetime,

Justin came for a visit and did exactly what I’d asked –

He spoke to her and answered

Those questions that seemed impossible to know…

how, when, where, what, and why –

I’ll let her share that story, with you herself,

when her eyes have had time to dry.

For now she needs to cry…

To try and understand why…

To find a million things she should have changed,

Or ways the entire world must be rearranged,

Even though it won’t bring his body back,

His spirit is there – by her side,

Helping her through this very difficult ride,

And he’s here with me as well….

Helping me keep on moving forward

Even though I’d rather curl up and hide.

Forgetting to Remember

Sometimes, I still let myself pretend,

That this would be easier if I ignored it all

Until just after this life ends….

But then I see,

That’s not the way God intended life to be…

Struggling to live within the confines of our minds,

feeling lost and alone, as time unwinds,

Living as if the universe depends on what we DO,

When all that really matters

is how much LOVE we let Shine Through…

While we’re STILL HERE…

Where everything hurts

and we feel we can’t go on

Where we fear death and everything else

although all we need to fear is fear, itself.

Because, as I’ve learned – death is not real.

Our soul is the part of us that can feel and heal,

The magic that we’ve lost for so very long,

Isn’t buried underground or hidden in some ancient song,

It’s closer than we’ve ever dreamed,

Inside our hearts and every cell,

It’s the magnetic energy that leaves us

when this ‘life’ ends…

It’s the only part that lasts forever,

Yet the one we rarely show our friends.

A soul is not something to be ignored all our lives

To be separated at birth and locked up far away,

Until we face our death all alone one day,

and realize we’ve missed out on the sweetest truth of all…

We’ve somehow forgotten that our soul is in control,

Like a perfect friend,

To guide us gently to the truth…

The truth we all know, at some point in our youth,

The truth we forget when no one speaks it, out loud.

The truth we’ll struggle to find,

though we forget where to seek it.

The truth I don’t even need to explain.

You know it like you know the sun will dry the rain,

You know it like you know there is more to life than pain,

You know it like you know there is much more we can be,

If we could only just remember the key

to “life and liberty”

Isn’t about pursuing happiness

In every nook and cranny outside of us

Hoping we can drive a better car next year,

Or get a big raise so we can buy even more

Stuff.

It’s up to every person to decide when they’ve had enough

Of playing the wrong game,

With the wrong rules,

Taking all the wrong tests in all the wrong schools,

Going places, moving up, running in circles,

While our debts pile up.

And we keep needing more, to fill that place inside

that hasn’t been filled by anything yet,

no matter how hard we try

But we try and try again

because we’ve forgotten what we’ve left

When we closed our hearts…and our Eye

When we’ve fallen so completely for the Lie

And no matter how hard we try it keeps getting worse…

That’s because this isn’t something we can rehearse

We’ve just gotta go through, day by day,

And try a little harder, to feel the power of Love

Learn to use it together to create the peace we seek,

To erase the fear that keeps us going back…

To travel human history’s well worn track…

To make us FREE.

This is the secret they’ve been trying to keep…

Since someone uncovered the truth

that was buried down deep…

They’ve kept the truth hidden so long,

Even they don’t remember enough

To know what’s going wrong!

But that’s the good news…

once we know its even possible to look

For more than what can be written in a book,

Then there is no more going back,

And as one of us finds a new track,

We can reach out a hand,

help a friend see the truth for themselves,

And one by one

we’ll wake up,

See the light overflowing our cup,

And we’ll finally understand

what the golden Rule

really means.

Love your neighbor as yourself

because its true…he IS you!

If you cannot trust yourself,

You’ve already failed

To take part in the universal law

That connects us all through our Light,

And while you say you long for peace,

You’ll end up in fight after fight,

Because you see…

your neighbor will reflect fear back to you,

Until you realize the first thing you must do

Is close your eyes and look within

Find the eye that is invisible to ‘Sin’

Open the heart to let Love finally begin

To melt away the last residue of fear

Like the sun melting fog to make things clear.

The truth is

Justin seems to have died,

In our minds.

Yet in our hearts,

He’s still alive…

He just wants us all to know

We can all be more alive,

Right here and now,

Long before our bodies die…

we just need more LOVE, that’s all!

Forget about believing,

Faith just keeps you going until you learn to let go…

Of what you believe

just long enough

to allow yourself to KNOW

What really IS.

Justin just wants me to tell you,

What you know you already KNOW…

just stop pretending you don’t remember,

and learn to let LOVE FLOW.

It won’t take much,

Just remember what you Already Know.

Just forget everything you’ve learned that isn’t true.

Don’t waste a moment in anger –

that’s the only thing regretful.

Don’t Judge yourself, please!

You’re the only one who WILL judge you after all…

LOVE LASER and LOVE TSUNAMI - TOOLS TO WIN THIS WAR

What if the solution to the world's problems were as simple as remembering the essential truth that we are all connected, and understanding that we each have the capacity to use Unlimited Source Energy/LOVE to create a brighter future for us all?

What was that Bob Marley song, "One Love" all about? Or the Beatles "All we need is Love" or "Bring me a Higher Love", etc. UNIVERSAL LOVE responds to your intention to create peace and balance - it travels on the original Network, what I call the "InnerNet".

We each can be Love Guerillas using the only technology that can possibly lead to an end to the "w/\r on terr*r" - LOVE ITSELF / the more you use it the more it grows. (If you're not sure what I'm talking about, Google this list: Reiki, Chakra, Prana, Chi, or just 'use the force' and let it teach you through experience...ps. it is unlimited and FREE and the MORE YOU GIVE, THE MORE YOU GET!)

Try this ANYTIME you want to send LOVE in all directions:

1) Hold your hands palms down towards the Earth - send your LOVE

2) Next put your hands palms up towards the Sky - send your LOVE

3) Then put your hands out palms facing straight ahead - send your LOVE (if you're feeling extra generous, turn slowly towards your right (clockwise) in a complete circle and send energy of LOVE out in all directions.)

Feel free to use this technique in any situation. I learned it when for three nights in a row I had dreams which taught me how to send the power of LOVE, through the HEART/MIND/HANDS.

In the first dream I was shown a battle scene in Iraq, and then taught by example how to send the intent of pure healing LOVE their way, by sending energy through my heart, third-eye and hands. The battle immediately dispersed.

The second night, I had a similar "lesson" this time observing an inner city setting and some violent incident just escalating out of control. I sent my "Love Laser" into the heart of the fight and instantly everyone just stopped and moved away.

The third night the “setting” was a little more abstract, and I saw what looked like a world made of lines of light, and what appeared to be the shape of some new and awesome ‘weapon’. I used the “Love Laser” and this weapon was rendered harmless.

As if to emphasize the importance of this, I got a real world confirmation. The next day, my friends Chris and Christy invited us over to watch a movie. We decided to watch Matrix: Revolutions for the first time and though we were not paying the closest attention to the movie, spending more time talking with each other and playing with their growing family of Betas, my attention came into very clear focus in a scene where LOVE was actually used as a weapon. I really was stunned. I need to see the movie again to really understand how it fit together, but this time I had a series of three dreams which were then reinforced though the simple synchronicity of watching a movie.

And several months later at the Halloween (10/31/2004) concert by the String Cheese Incident I first heard this Universal Human Light Tool mentioned in PUBLIC - they called it our “Love Laser”....especially needed to be sent to Washington DC at that time, NOW, the whole world...

The Law of Miracles

I read a book called Search for the 11:11 and that night started to see a stream of particles of light cascading down all around me, and a swirling column of bluish light. I would have been totally freaked out about it, but the next day I picked up a copy of Autobiography of a Yogi - by Pramahansa Yogananda and "just happened" to open it up to this chapter.

CHAPTER 30

The Law of Miracles

The great novelist Leo Tolstoy* wrote a delightful folk tale, The Three Hermits. His friend Nicholas Roerich summarized it, as follows:

"On an island there lived three old hermits. They were so simple that the only prayer they used was: 'We are three; Thou art Three-have mercy on us!' Great miracles were manifested during this naive prayer.

"The local bishop came to hear about the three hermits and their inadmissible prayer, and decided to visit them in order to teach them the canonical invocations. He arrived on the island, told the hermits that their heavenly petition was undignified, and taught them many of the customary prayers. The bishop then left on a boat. He saw, following the ship, a radiant light. As it approached he discerned the three hermits, who were holding hands and running upon the waves in an effort to overtake the vessel.

" 'We have forgotten the prayers you taught us,' they cried as they reached the bishop, 'and have hastened to ask you to repeat them.' The awed bishop shook his head.

" 'Dear ones,' he replied humbly, 'continue to live with your old prayer!' "

How did the three saints walk on the water? How did Christ resurrect his crucified body?
* Tolstoy had many ideals in common with Mahatma Gandhi; the two men corresponded on the subject of nonviolence. Tolstoy considered Christ's central teaching to be ,"resist not evil (with evil)" (Matthew 5:39); evil should be "resisted" only with its logically effective opposite: good or love. The story apparently has a historical basis; an editorial note informs us that the bishop met the three hermits while he was sailing from Archangel to the Slovetsky Monastery, at the mouth of the Dvina River.

How did Lahiri Mahasaya and Sri Yukteswar perform their miracles? Modem science has, as yet, no answer; though with the advent of the Atomic Age the scope of the world- mind has been abruptly enlarged. The word "impossible" is becoming less prominent in man's vocabulary.

The Vedic scriptures declare that the physical world operates under one fundamental law of maya, the principle of relativity and duality. God, the Sole Life, is Absolute Unity; to appear as the separate and diverse manifestations of a creation He wears a false or unreal veil. That illusory dualistic veil is maya. Many great scientific discoveries of modem times have confirmed, this simple pronouncement of the ancient rishis, Newton's Law of Motion is a law of maya: "To every action there is always an equal and contrary reaction; the mutual actions of any two bodies are always equal and oppositely directed." Action and reaction are thus exactly equal. "To have a single force is impossible. There must be, and always is, a pair of forces equal and opposite."

Fundamental natural activities all betray their mayic origin. Electricity, for example, is a phenomenon of repulsion and attraction; its electrons and protons are electrical opposites. Another example: the atom or final particle of matter is, like the earth itself, a magnet with positive and negative poles. The entire phenomenal world is under the inexorable sway of polarity; no law of physics, chemistry, or any other science is ever found free from inherent opposite or contrasted principles.

Physical science, then, cannot formulate laws outside of maya: the very fabric and structure of creation. Nature herself is maya; natural science must perforce deal with her ineluctable quiddity. In her own domain, she is eternal and inexhaustible; future scientists can do no more than probe one aspect after another of her varied infinitude. Science thus remains in a perpetual flux, unable to reach finality; fit indeed to discover the laws of an already existing and functioning cosmos but powerless to detect the Law Framer and Sole Operator. The majestic manifestations of gravitation and electricity have become known, but what gravitation and electricity are, no mortal knoweth. *[Marconi, the great inventor, made the following admission of scien- tific inadequacy before the finalities: "The inability of science to solve life is absolute. This fact would be truly frightening were it not for faith. The mystery of life is certainly the most persistent problem ever placed before the thought of man."]

To surmount maya was the task assigned to the human race by the millennial prophets. To rise above the duality of creation and perceive the unity of the Creator was conceived of as man's highest goal. Those who cling to the cosmic illusion must accept its essential law of polarity: flow and ebb, rise and fall, day and night, pleasure and pain, good and evil, birth and death. This cyclic pattern assumes a certain anguishing monotony after man has gone through a few thousand human births; he begins then to cast a hopeful eye beyond the compulsions of InaJa.
To remove the veil of maya is to uncover the secret of creation. He who thus denudes the universe is the only true monotheist. All others are worshiping heathen images. So long as man remains subject to the dualistic illusions of Nature, the Janus-faced Maya is his goddess; he cannot know the one true God.

The world illusion, maya, manifests in men as avidya, literally, "not-knowledge," ignorance, delusion. Maya or avidya can never be destroyed through intellectual con- viction or analysis, but solely through attaining the interior state of nirbikalpa samadhi. The Old Testament prophets, and seers of all lands and ages, spoke from that state of consciousness. Ezekiel said: "Afterwards he brought me to the gate, even the gate that looketh toward the east: and, behold, the glory of the God of Israel came from the way of the east: and his voice was like a noise of many waters: and the earth shined with his glory." Through the divine eye in the forehead (east), the yogi sails his consciousness into omnipresence, hearing the Word or Aum, divine sound of "many waters": the vibrations of light that constitute the sole reality of creation.

Among the trillion mysteries of the cosmos, the most phenomenal is light. Unlike sound waves, whose transmission requires air or other material media, light waves pass freely through the vacuum of interstellar space. Even the hypothetical ether, held as the interplanetary medium of light in the undulatory theory, may be discarded on the Einsteinian grounds that the geometrical properties of space render unnecessary a theory of ether. Under either hypothesis, light remains the most subtle, the freest from material dependence, of any natural manifestation.

In the gigantic conceptions of Einstein, the velocity of light-186,300 miles per second-dominates the whole Theory of Relativity. He proves mathematically that the velocity of light is, so far as man's finite mind is concerned, the only constant of a universe in flux. On the sole "absolute" of light velocity depend all human standards of time and space. Not abstractly eternal as hitherto, considered, time and space are relative and finite factorsThey derive their conditional measurement-validities only in reference to the yardstick of light velocity.

In joining space as a dimensional relativity, time is now stripped to its rightful nature: a simple essence of ambiguity. With a few equational strokes of his pen, Einstein banished from the universe every fixed reality except that of light.

In a later development, his Unified Field Theory, the great physicist sought to embody in one mathematical formula the laws of gravitation and of electromagnetism. Reducing the cosmical structure to variations on a single law, Einstein has reached across the ages to the rishis who proclaimed a sole fabric of creation: a protean maya. *

On the epochal Theory of Relativity have arisen the mathematical possibilities of exploring the ultimate atom. Great scientists are now boldly asserting not only that the atom is energy rather than matter, but that atomic energy is essentially mind-stuff. "The frank realization that physical science is concerned with a world of shadows is one of the most significant advances," Sir Arthur Stanley Eddington writes in The Nature of the Physical World. "In the world of physics we watch a shadowgraph performance of the drama of familiar life. The shadow of my elbow rests on the shadow table as the shadow ink flows over the shadow paper. It is all symbolic, and as a symbol the physicist leaves it. Then comes the alchemist Mind who transmutes the symbols To put the conclusion crudely, the stuff of the world is mind-stuff."

With the recent devising of an electron microscope came definite proof of the light-essence of atoms and of the inescapable duality of nature. The New York Times gave the following report of a 1937 demonstration of the electron microscope before a meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science:

The crystalline structure of tungsten, hitherto known only indirectly by means of X rays, stood outlined boldly on a fluorescent screen, showing nine atoms in their correct positions in the space lattice, a cube, with one atom in each comer and one in the center. The atoms in the crystal lattice of the tungsten appeared on the fluorescent screen as points of light, arranged in geometric pattern.

* Einstein was convinced that the link between the laws of electromagnetism and gravity could be expressed in a mathematical formula (the Unified Field Theory), on which he was working at the time this book was written. Though he did not live to complete his work on it, many physicists today share Einstein's conviction that such a link will
be found.

Against this crystal cube of light the bombarding molecules of air could be observed as dancing points of light, similar to points of sunlight shimmering on moving waters...The principle of the electron microscope was first discovered in 1927 by Drs. Clinton J. Davisson and Lester H. Germer of the Bell Telephone Laboratories, New York City, who found that the electron has a dual personality, partaking of the characteristics of both a particle and a wave.* The wave quality gave the electron the characteristic of light, and a search was begun to devise means for "focusing" electrons in a manner similar to the focusing of light by means of a lens.
For his discovery of the Jekyll-Hyde quality of the electron, which... showed that the entire realm of physical nature has a dual personality, Dr. Davisson received the Nobel Prize in physics.

"The stream of knowledge," Sir James Jeans writes in The Mysterious Universe, "is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine." Twentieth-century science is thus sounding like a page from the hoary Vedas.

From science, then, if it must be so, let man learn the philosophic truth that there is no material universe; its warp and woof is maya, illusion. Under analysis all its mirages of reality dissolve. As, one by one, the reassuring props of a physical cosmos crash beneath him, man dimly perceives his idolatrous reliance, his transgression of the Divine Command: "Thou shalt have no other gods before Me."

In his famous equation outlining the equivalence of mass and energy, Einstein proved that the energy in any particle of matter is equal to its mass or weight multi- plied by the square of the velocity of light. The release of the atomic energies is brought about through annihilation of the material particles. The "death" of matter has given birth to an Atomic Age.

Light velocity is a mathematical standard or constant not because there is an absolute value in 186,300 miles a second, but because no material body, whose mass increases with its velocity, can ever attain the velocity of light. Stated another way: only a material body whose mass is infinite could equal the velocity of light.

This conception brings us to the law of miracles. Masters who are able to materialize and dematerialize their bodies and other objects, and to move with the velocity of light, and to utilize the creative light rays in bringing into instant visibility any physical manifestation, have fulfilled the lawful condition: their mass is infinite.

The consciousness of a perfected yogi is effortlessly identified not with a narrow body but with the universal structure. Gravitation, whether the "force" of Newton or the Einsteinian "manifestation of inertia," is powerless to compel a master to exhibit the property of weight: the distinguishing gravitational condition of all material objects. He who knows himself as the omnipresent Spirit is subject no longer to the rigidities of a body in time and space. The imprisoning "rings-pass-not" have yielded to the solvent: I am He.

"Let there be light! And there was light."* In the creation of the universe, God's first command brought into being the structural essential: light. On the beams of this immaterial medium occur all divine manifestations. Devotees of every age testify to the appearance of God as flame and light. "His eyes were as a flame of fire," St. John tells us, "... and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.”

A yogi who through perfect meditation has merged his consciousness with the Creator perceives the cosmical essence as light (vibrations of life energy); to him there is no difference between the light rays composing water and the light rays composing land. Free from matter- consciousness, free from the three dimensions of space and the fourth dimension of time, a master transfers his body of light with equal ease over or through the light rays of earth, water, fire, and air.

"If therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light."* Long concentration on the liberating spiritual eye has enabled the yogi to destroy all delusions concerning matter and its gravitational weight; he sees the universe as the Lord created it: an essentially undifferentiated mass of light.

"Optical images," Dr. L. T. Troland of Harvard tells us, "are built up on the same principle as the ordinary 'halftone' engravings; that is, they are made up of minute dottings or stipplings far too small to be detected by the eye. . . . The sensitiveness of the retina is so great that a visual sensation can be produced by relatively few quanta of the right kind of light."

The law of miracles is operable by any man who has realized that the essence of creation is light. A master is able to employ his divine knowledge of light phenomena to project instantly into perceptible manifestation the ubiquitous light atoms. The actual form of the projection (whatever it be: a tree, a medicine, a human body) is determined by the yogi's wish and by his power of will and of visualization.

At night man enters the state of dream-consciousness and escapes from the false egoistic limitations that daily hem him round. In sleep he has an ever recurrent demonstration of the omnipotence of his mind. Lo! in the dream appear his long-dead friends, the remotest continents, the resurrected scenes of his childhood. That free and unconditioned consciousness, which all men briefly experience in certain of their dreams, is the permanent state of mind of a God-tuned master. Innocent of all personal motives, and employing the creative will bestowed on him by the Creator, a yogi rearranges the light atoms of the universe to satisfy any sincere prayer of a devotee.

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth."* For this purpose were man and creation made: that he should rise up as master of maya, knowing his dominion over the cosmos.

In 1915, shortly after I had entered the Swami Order, I witnessed a strange vision. Through it I came to understand the relativity of human consciousness, and clearly perceived the unity of the Eternal Light behind the painful dualities of maya. The vision descended on me as I sat one morning in my little attic room in Father's Garpar Road home. For months the First World War had been raging in Europe; I had been reflecting sadly on the vast toll of death.

As I closed my eyes in meditation, my consciousness was suddenly transferred to the body of a captain in command of a battleship. The thunder of guns split the air as shots were exchanged between shore batteries and the ship's cannons. A huge shell hit the powder magazine and tore my ship asunder. I jumped into the water, together with the few sailors who had survived the explosion.

Heart pounding, I reached the shore safely. But alas! a stray bullet ended its swift flight in my chest. I fell groaning to the ground. My whole body was paralyzed, yet I was aware of possessing it as one is conscious of a leg gone to sleep. "At last the mysterious footstep of Death has caught up with me," I thought. With a final sigh, I was about to sink into unconsciousness when lo! I found myself seated in the lotus posture in my Garpar Road room.
Hysterical tears poured forth as I joyfully stroked and pinched my regained possession: a body free from a bullet hole in the breast. I rocked to and fro, inhaling and exhaling to assure myself that I was alive. Amidst these self-gratulations, again I found my consciousness transferred to the captain's dead body by the gory shore. Utter confusion of mind came upon me.
"Lord," I prayed, "am I dead or alive?" A dazzling play of light filled the whole horizon. A soft rumbling vibration formed itself into words:

"What has life or death to do with light? In the image of My light I have made you. The relativities of life and death belong to the cosmic dream. Behold your dreamless being! Awake, My child, awake!"

As steps in man's awakening, the Lord inspires scientists to discover, at the right time and place, the secrets of His creation. Many modern discoveries help man to apprehend the cosmos as a varied expression of one power-light, guided by divine intelligence. The wonders of the motion picture, of radio, of television, of radar, of the photoelectric cell- the amazing "electric eye," of atomic energies, are all based on the electromagnetic phenomenon of light.

The motion-picture art can portray any miracle. From the impressive visual standpoint, no marvel is barred to trick photography. A man may be seen as a transparent astral body that is rising from his gross physical form, he can walk on the water, resurrect the dead, reverse the natural sequence of developments, and play havoc with time and space. The expert may assemble the photographic images as he pleases, achieving optical wonders similar to those that a true master produces with actual light rays.

Motion pictures, with their lifelike images, illustrate many truths concerning creation. The Cosmic Director has written His own plays and has summoned the tremendous casts for the pageant of the centuries. From the dark booth of eternity He sends His beams of light through the films of successive ages, and pictures are thrown on the backdrop of space.

Just as cinematic images appear to be real but are only combinations of light and shade, so is the universal variety a delusive seeming. The planetary spheres, with their countless forms of life, are naught but figures in a cosmic motion picture. Temporarily true to man's five sense perceptions, the transitory scenes are cast on the screen of human consciousness by the infinite creative beam.

A cinema audience may look up and see that all screen images are appearing through the instrumentality of one imageless beam of light. The colorful universal drama is similarly issuing from the single white light of a Cosmic Source. With inconceivable ingenuity God is staging "super-colossal" entertainment for His children, making them actors as well as audience in His planetary theater.

One day I entered a cinema house to view a newsreel of the European battlefields. The First World War was still being waged in the West; the newsreel presented the II carnage with such realism that I left the theater with a troubled heart. "Lord," I prayed, "why dost Thou permit such suffering?"

To my intense surprise, an instant answer came in the form of a vision of the actual European battlefields. The scenes, filled with the dead and dying, far surpassed in ferocity any representation of the newsreel. "Look intently!" A gentle Voice spoke to my inner consciousness. "You will see that these scenes now being enacted in France are nothing but a play of chiaroscuro. They are the cosmic motion picture, as real and as unreal as the theater newsreel you have just seen -a play within a play." My heart was still not comforted. The Divine Voice went on: "Creation is light and shadow both, else no picture is possible. The good and evil of maya must ever alternate in supremacy. If joy were ceaseless here in this world, would man ever desire another? Without suffering, he scarcely cares to recall that he has forsaken his eternal home. Pain is a prod to remembrance. The way of escape is through wisdom. The tragedy of death is unreal; those who shudder at it are like an ignorant actor who dies of fright on the stage when nothing more has been fired at him than a blank cartridge. My sons are children of light; they will not sleep forever in delusion."

Although I had read scriptural accounts of maya, they had not given me the deep insight that came with personal visions and with the accompanying words of consolation. One's values are profoundly changed when he is finally convinced that creation is only a vast motion picture; and that not in it, but beyond it, lies his own reality.

After I had finished writing this chapter, I sat on my bed in the lotus posture. My room* was dimly lit by two shaded lamps. Lifting my gaze, I noticed that the ceiling was dotted with small mustard-colored lights, scintillating and quivering with a radiumlike luster. Myriads of penciled rays, like sheets of rain, gathered into a trans- parent shaft and poured silently upon me.

At once my physical body lost its grossness and became metamorphosed into astral texture. I felt a floating sensation as, barely touching the bed, the weightless body shifted slightly and alternately to left and right. I looked around the room; the furniture and walls were as usual, but the little mass of light had so multiplied that the ceiling was invisible. I was wonder-struck.

"This is the cosmic motion-picture mechanism." A Voice spoke as though from within the light. "Shedding its beam on the white screen of your bed sheets, it is producing the picture of your body. Behold, your form is nothing but light!" I gazed at my arms and moved them back and forth, yet could not feel their weight. Ecstatic joy overwhelmed me. The cosmic stem of light, blossoming as my body, seemed a divine reproduction of the light beams that stream out of the projection booth in a cinema house and make manifest the pictures on the screen.

For a long time I experienced this motion picture of i my body in the faintly lit theater of my own bedroom. Though I have had many visions, none was ever more singular. As the illusion of a solid body was completely dissipated, and as my realization deepened that the essence of all objects is light, I looked up to the throbbing stream of lifetrons and spoke entreatingly. "Divine Light, please withdraw this, my humble bodily picture, into Thyself; even as Elijah was drawn up to heaven in a chariot of flame."*

This prayer was evidently startling; the beam disappeared. My body resumed its normal weight and sank on the bed; the swarm of dazzling ceiling lights flickered and vanished. My time to leave this earth had apparently not arrived. "Besides," I thought philosophically, "Elijah might well be displeased at my presumption!"

*II Kings 2:11. A "miracle" is commonly considered to be an effect or event with- out law, or beyond law. But all events in our precisely adjusted universe are lawfully wrought and lawfully explicable. The so-called miraculous powers of a great master are a natural accompaniment to his exact understanding of subtle laws that operate in the inner cosmos of consciousness.
Nothing may truly be said to be a "miracle" except in the profound sense that everything is a miracle. That each of us is encased in an intricately organized body, and is set upon an earth whirling through space among the stars-'--is anything more commonplace? or more miraculous?

Great prophets like Christ and Lahiri Mahasaya usually perform many miracles. Such masters have a large and difficult spiritual mission to execute for mankind; miraculously helping those in distress appears to be a part of that mission. (See p. 254 n.) Divine fiats are required against incurable diseases and insoluble human problems. When Christ was asked by the nobleman to heal his dying son at Capemaum, Jesus replied with wry humor: "Except ye see signs and wonders, ye will not believe." But he added: "Go thy way; thy son liveth" (John 4:46-54).
In this chapter I have given the Vedic explanation of maya, the mag- ical power of illusion that underlies the phenomenal worlds. Western science has already discovered that a "magic" of unreality pervades atomic "matter." However, it is not only Nature, but man also (in his mortal aspect) who is subject to maya: the principle of relativity, contrast, duality, inversion, oppositional states.

It should not be imagined that the troth about maya was understood only by the rishis. The Old Testament prophets called maya by the name of Satan (lit., in Hebrew, "the adversary"). The Greek Testament, as an equivalent for Satan, uses diabolos or devil. Satan or Maya is the Cosmic Magician who produces multiplicity of forms to hide the One Formless Verity. In God's plan and play (lita), the sole function of Satan or Maya is to attempt to divert man from Spirit to matter, from Reality to unreality.

Christ describes maya picturesquely as a devil, a murderer, and a liar. "The devil...was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the troth, because there is no troth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it" (John 8:44).
"The devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil" (I John 3:8). That is, the manifestation of Christ Consciousness, within man's own being, effortlessly destroys the illusions or "works of the devil." Maya is "from the beginning" because of its structural inherence in the phenomenal worlds. These are ever in transitional flux as antithesis to the Divine Immutability.

Kahuna teachings on the higher self, the middle self and the lower self

The following is an excerpt from Book 2 of the Ancient Secret of the Flower of Life by Drunvelo Melchizedek. It was a couple years after I had attended the Flower of Life workshop and learned the MerKaBa meditation that I picked this book up again and it opened to this section. I realized that just as described below, Mother Earth had let me think that my connection to her was a connection to my Higher Self. After I read this again, I realized how funny that was. After a good laugh, I asked to connect to my Higher Self, for REAL. Some pretty amazing things happened almost immediately. Read the following and then try it...have fun with it...you may notice dreams and synchronicities like never before...

The Three Levels of the Self

We think of ourselves as living on Earth in this human body, but have you ever considered that you may exist on another level, or even levels, of life at the same time you are here? This is the belief of many of the Earth's indigenous peoples, such as the Maya and the kahunas of Hawaii. They see us as multidimensional beings literally living other lives in other worlds, which is the 'truth', from everything I know.

Under normal conditions we humans are consciously connected to these other parts of ourselves, but because of the Fall during the time of Atlantis, we are separated from our higher selves. When we do connect and it becomes a reality, we live life in a manner that would seem impossible to us now. We can see the past and future clearly and are able to make decisions based on higher knowledge, which affects our spiritual growth in positive ways. This we have lost due to our actions long ago. These higher levels of ourselves that exist in other dimensions are called our higher self or higher selves if we consider it from the bigger picture- though to think of our higher self as a single being is right and wrong at the same time. There is only One Being in the universe, yet there are many levels that exist within this One Being.

Your higher self is connected to even higher selves. So there are higher selves connected to higher selves connected to higher selves. Each higher self is on a different level of consciousness that is still larger and more encompassing, until finally the ultimate level is reached before transcending his waveform universe of dimensions altogether. Each person has the capability of existing within every possible level of consciousness at the same moment, but this is rare. So it is similar to a lineage or a family tree that grows upward until finally connects with God and all life. But we were separated from our multidimensional self at one point when we, as the human race, fell to this present third-dimensional consciousness. There was a division that took place.
We fell so far down in consciousness that the other aspects of ourselves could no longer communicate. Although we are not, for the most part, aware of our higher selves, they have always been aware of us.

As time has progressed since the "Fall," communication has been sporadic and rare. Our higher selves have mostly waited for us to awake. They have been waiting for the right moment in time. It's been kind of a one-way separation-they are aware of us, but we are not aware of them.

If the kahunas of Hawaii are correct, our higher selves have placed us on hold and are out there playing and communicating with each other, preparing for the day when we will wake up to the rest of life. Most of us have not truly connected with our higher selves for almost 13,000 years, except for short periods of grace and light.

This reconnection with your higher self is not channeling or anything of that nature. It is just a reconnecting of your own essence and spirit to itself. Perhaps, more accurately, it is a remembering-a re-membering, bringing the various members of spirit back together. Some people call it the soul. For me, I see only spirit. I see Great Spirit, and all spirits that come from that source are just a portion of Great Spirit. In this view we are all related to Great Spirit, or God. Some of the connotations of the word "soul" imply that souls are different from each other and are somehow unrelated. To me, all souls or spirits are from the same source. If you want to see God as our Father/Mother, then we are all brothers and sisters in the entire universe.

What I have found-and it has been found by almost all native tribes in the world-is that we have this higher aspect within us. If we can make the connection with conscious communication, we then get clear guidance from within us about how to move moment by moment in life. The movements become filled with grace and power, with little or no effort. This guidance comes from only you, and it cares about you in the same way you care about yourself. And it's a guidance that you could never figure out or understand from this third-dimensional level.

A side note: Superimposed over the levels of life and the higher selves is what many people call the Spiritual Hierarchy. The Spiritual Hierarchy is composed of beings who have been given responsibility for organizing and running the government of the universe. The Spiritual Hierarchy is inter- woven with our higher selves and is not directly related to us. Just because you connect with your higher self does not mean that you have connected with the Spiritual Hierarchy. I bring this subject up only as a reference, to answer the question before it is asked.

Following is the example that the angels originally gave me when I was trying to understand how the higher self could see so clearly. Suppose you were rowing down a river in a canoe. Let's say you're in a jungle and it's the blue skies and green water of the Amazon. There's foliage all over. You're having a good time, just row, row, rowing your boat down the stream of life. And when you look behind you, you can see only a little way. The trees are so high on each side of the river that you can't see outward or beyond the bend.

Your memory of the river goes back only a little, and that's all you can see. As you pass the bend into the next area of the river, you kind of forget the past. You can remember a little bit, but the farther you go down the river, the more unclear it gets in your memory. You can look ahead and see the next bend, so you can see ahead into the future up to the next bend in the river, but after that you don't have any idea what's coming up. You've never been on this river before.

Your higher self is like a huge eagle flying high over your head. Your higher self is in another dimension and perceives time spherically. It sees the past, the present and the future all occurring simultaneously. It can see way back along the river, way, way, way back, much farther than you can, , and it has a good memory. It can see far into the future, too. It has limitations, but they're expanded. It's a fantastic view compared to yours on the river, so it can see things as they're about to happen. It can also see relationships in the reality that you, from this human place, just simply can't see because of your position. Let's say you're following the instructions of your higher self, and your higher self, a great bird, comes down to you and says, "Hey, take your canoe over to the side of the stream here and get out now."

If I didn't follow my inner guidance very well, I might say, "Oh, I don't want to do that. It's beautiful, you know. No, let's wait awhile, and then I will leave." But if I were following the guidance of my higher self, I would I simply do it and ask few questions. Then the higher self might say, "Carry your boat through the jungle." So you carry your canoe over logs and tree roots and red-ant hills, and you're thinking, "Oh man, these higher selves!" If you have been following your inner guidance, you know what I mean.

You're going through all these changes, moving this heavy canoe through the jungle, wondering why the higher self has asked you to do this seemingly crazy act. You might go for half a mile through this dense jungle before you reach the river again and can look back up the river. From there you see that around that last bend was a 500-foot waterfall crashing onto massive rocks. Had you continued as your ego had wanted, you would have been killed. But because you changed your path and went another way, you continue to live on Earth. You avoided a disaster by following an invisible inner guidance that has an ancient wisdom.

I used to give a technique for reconnecting with higher self. I now realize that this technique works only under certain conditions. It worked for me, but I didn't realize that it actually didn't work for me in the way I originally thought it did. Why doesn't it work for someone else? I tried to understand but at first I couldn't.

I had tried for many years, but I just could not understand it. I finally asked my higher self. I usually wait until I can't figure it out any other way.) I asked the angels, "Please, just tell me. Show me what it is." A whole series of events happened after that, one after another, each leading to a better understanding. .

The first thing that happened right after I asked for help was at a work shop I was giving in the state of Washington in Olympia. A man there was in his sixties, a native Hawaiian. When I saw him, I could not understand why he was at this workshop, because I could see that he didn't need to be there.

I waited awhile before I approached him, and I finally said, "What are you doing here?" He said, "I don't know."

"Oh, okay. Neither one of us knows why you're here." So I went back to teaching and waited a long time.

A couple of days later I was talking with him and said, "What do you do?" He said that he was a kahuna from Hawaii. "What do you teach?"

He said, "I teach only one thing, and that's how to connect with higherself."

"Oh. . ." So when it came time for me to talk about the higher self at the workshop, I said, "Just a minute." I sat down in the audience after asking the kahuna from Hawaii to talk about the higher self. He talked for an hour and a half to two hours about connecting to higher self from a Huna point of view. It was perfect for me.

This talk changed my understanding. From the way I had understood it through my experience, there was me and there was higher self, because, that's what my life seemed to tell me. But the kahuna made it clear that we are divided into three parts-the higher self, the middle self and the lower self. I should have known, since everything is broken up into thirds. Since that time with the kahuna, I have had many experiences that have made the following clear. If we are the middle self in our duality consciousness, ' then what are the other two selves, the higher and lower selves? We will slowly explain who and what they are, but it is most important to understand that one cannot reach or connect with the higher self until one has first reached and connected with the lower self. Spirit must first move downward before it can reach to the heavens. This teaching has been verified in so many ways in my life. So we will begin by explaining what the lower self is.

The Lower Self-Mother Earth
In the most straightforward terms, the lower self is your unconscious mind. But contrary to the popular thought that the unconscious mind is connected only with yourself and your personal unconscious thoughts, this unconscious mind of the lower self is connected with all other human beings on Earth (Jung's collective unconscious), and it intimately knows every individual person's unconscious mind also. Further, it knows the un- conscious minds of not only every human alive, but also everyone who has ever lived on Earth in the past as well as everyone who will live on Earth in the future. Yes, your subconscious mind knows the past and the future in detail, at least relative to the Earth. In addition to that, your lower self knows everything associated with all life on this planet, not just human-in other words, the entire living biosphere. It is a perfect record. And this lower self is alive and comes across as a single being communicating with you. It is Mother Earth herself! She is your lower self.

To be clear, the lower self is the Earth and all life on, in and above her. I am not sure at this time if the Moon is included with the lower self. It probably is, but I am not certain.

According to the Hawaiian kahunas, and really to most other indigenous peoples of the world, Mother Earth is a young child about two to six years old, depending on who you talk to. She is always a child, because she is a child.

To connect with your lower self, it is believed by indigenous peoples worldwide that you must begin by loving her and playing with her. Adult sophistication and all its technological thinking and trappings will not work to connect with the Mother. She is usually not interested. You could meditate for hours every day, you could spend all your time doing nothing but I trying to connect with the Mother, but usually it is a waste of time. The harder you try, the less likely that anything will happen. Why? Because she will connect only with the innocent child within you. And of course most of us have lost our childhood innocence. We have lost the pathway to know and consciously connect with the Mother. Your inner child must be remembered and lived if you wish to proceed. Even Jesus said it: "Except ye become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven...' Let's look at ourselves, our adult side that thinks it knows so much. You may have a master's or doctor's degree from one of the great universities of the world; you may be considered an expert in your field; you may even be famous and very highly respected. But if you wish to know Mother Earth, you must put all that aside and completely forget it. She is not impressed. Mother Earth loves children, and if your childlike nature and your innocence are allowed to emerge from the muck of your adulthood, then something real can begin in your spiritual life.

When the kahunas want to find fish, for example, they ask Mother Earth for substance. And she will answer them. The answer might very well come from within the reality itself. The clouds might turn into a human hand and point to the place where the fish are. The kahunas get in their boat and when they reach the spot that the Mother told them about, where the fish are. This is a way of living with nature that civilized mankind has completely lost, although a few indigenous tribes and Earth keepers still live that way.

Now let's look at you. You are at work or school, say, and you decide to home. You reach in your pocket for your keys. Immediately your thoughts are in the future. You are already thinking about your car and go- home. Once you get to your car and start it up, you are thinking in the future again. You are thinking about the drive home or your lover or perhaps even your cat or dog, but you are more than likely not thinking about what is right before your eyes. You are still in the future or the past. But from the present can we truly experience anything. The present is usually too painful for most people to participate in. Did you really look at the beauty all around you? Did you see the sunset? Did you see the billowing white clouds in the sky? Did you smell the air, or did you decide not to because it was filled with pollution? Did you see the incredible beauty of the colors of nature? Did you feel love for Mother Earth? Did any of your senses function except what was necessary to drive home? This is the problem. Our adult lives are deadened, and we are only living a shadow of what is humanly possible.

Have you ever noticed children when they are experiencing nature? They become lost in sensing the great beauty all around them, so much so that they sometimes are seemingly in another world. Do you remember?

If you wish to connect with your lower self, with Mother Earth, you must find your inner child and become a child again. Play with the Mother, have fun, really enjoy life. It means living a life that is joyous. It does not mean play-acting like a child and making silly sounds and faces-unless, of course, that is what is really coming from your heart. It means living your life in the way you really want to, not in the way that someone else feels you should. It means caring about people and about animals and other life, because you can feel the connection, not because it will profit you somehow.

I didn't understand what had happened to me at the time the angels appeared. All I knew was that I had given up on living life according to the rules that seemed to have no meaning. I had begun to live a life that I really loved. I had moved to the mountains of Canada, where I had always wanted to live. I moved deep into the forest because I had always wanted to do that. I wanted to see if I could live on nothing, and I became very close to nature. I had no fear. As I watched the sunrise, every day was like a new birth into life for me. Each day was special. I played music most of the day, which was my dream. I had to work hard for about three hours a day, but the rest of the time was mine. I loved life, and I still do. The seeds that were sown in those early years are still growing in my life today.

It was then, at the peak of this Canadian experience, when the angels appeared to me and my wife. It was the beginning of a lifelong love of life. It was a silent key to higher consciousness, but at the time I didn't understand. As I have found, in order to begin a true spiritual life, one begins in nature as a child. Once a true connection with your lower self has happened-and only then, according to the kahunas-you may connect with the higher self. It will be Mother Earth who decides if you are ready, and when she feels you are, she will introduce you to this grand part of yourself that we call the higher self. No amount of force or determination, no amount of begging or crying or feeling sorry for yourself, will bring this to you. Only love, innocence and a great deal of patience will allow you to find your way. You have to forget about trying. You even have to forget that you are connecting to Mother Earth. You simply must live life from your heart and not your mind. Your mind will function, but under the control of the heart.

The Higher Self-All That Is
Okay, if the Earth is the lower self, then what is the higher self? It is simple. The higher self is everything else in existence. All the planets, the stars/suns, the galaxies, the other dimensions--everything is your higher self. It is you. This is why there are higher selves to the higher selves as you expand into the infinite. The experience of the higher self is very different from the experience of Mother Earth.

Consider this for what it may be: Mother Earth will often play with you and tell you that she is your higher self, using the words that she knows will get your attention. She may come to you in your meditation and tell you she is your higher self and that you must listen to her. She may instruct you to do all kinds of earthly things, like run all over the world doing projects for her. But she is just playing, and you are taking her seriously, not realizing that it is just a game.

If you ask her to tell the truth, whether she is really your higher self, she will never lie. She will laugh and tell you the truth. At this point you are supposed to laugh also and begin to play with her. But most adults will simply get mad and think they are being used. Then the connection is lost. This is why the kahunas always ask, when they connect with the higher self, if it is really the higher self. The Mother is a funny girl, but she is wonderful to know when your heart is pure. And what escapes most meditators' understanding is that Mother Earth is you.

The higher self knows everything that has ever been known by any life form anywhere, and everything is alive. And it knows everything that will ever happen in the future, just like Mother Earth, except that it is for all the rest of creation.

Once you are connected consciously to the lower and higher self, life becomes a completely different experience from anything you have known before. Life works through you, and your words and actions have great power because they are not from your little limited middle self. They are from all life, from all of creation. Nothing is outside you, everything is within you. And the truth of who you really are will begin to unfold.

Sending LOVE (illustrated)

Connected to Mother Earth, Connected to Higher Self, we can send our love energy to all as illustrated on the cover of "The Last Ghost Dance: A guide for Earth Mages" by Brooke Medicine Eagle Posted by Hello

Dance much lately?

I have always loved to dance, and was curious to know what was so significant about it in the past such as in Native American cultures. So I did what any modern day geek would do and went to Google and searched for words like "spirituality and dance" or "spiritual dancing": and I discovered two things I just gotta share: Earthdance, and Brooke Medicine Eagle's book, the Last Ghost Dance. You should get a copy of that if you've ever felt passionate about dancing...it really helped me understand what is going on in the world today from a broader perspective, and made me see that there is an important part we can all play - NOW, by DANCING MORE.

Here is a short excerpt from The Last Ghost Dance by Brooke Medicine Eagle -

Welcome to the Circle of Power

It is vitally important for us to come together in circles of power to create the life we envision for ourselves and seven generations of our children.
There is something deeply human about coming together in song and ritual movement. We have the opportunity to again vibrate Mother Earth with our dancing feet, stepping to the rhythm of an ancient unfolding song and bringing forth a radiant and renewed Earth.

It is vitally important for us to come together in circles of power to create the life we envision for ourselves and seven generations of our children. Taking a brief look at our history, we can see how waves 0f spiritual gathering and dancing have awakened again and again. Dawn Boy speaks of it this way:

The spirit of Ghost Dance of the 1880s had many precedents among native peoples. In fact, there were so many that one would almost conclude that dancing for salvation or spiritual goals was the "normal" response to stress, war, alcoholism, and cultural disintegration. Often a spiritual leader would call for purification and lead his or her people in a series of dances drawn from existing forms but with greater intensity, stronger spiritual commitment, and specific goals to reunite the community. Sometimes a new danceform would be given in vision, as happened with the Drum Dream Dance religion of the Sioux in the 1870s. This particular form was given to a young woman who miraculously survived a massacre of her people. The specific goal of this dance was to forgive and embrace one's enemies; and it was effective. The Sioux took it to the Ojibwa, their traditional enemies, and to others. This spirit of sharing later flowed into the modern pow-wow dance that is a pan-Indian phenomenon today. The vision of forgiveness and brotherhood lives on through the dancing, while tribal angers and divisiveness often exist outside the dance. That and the resurgence of Sun Dance among native peoples bring us into modern times. We are indeed blessed by the myriad of forms of dance and ritual still in use that have come through vision, dream, and Divine inspiration. We are rich.

The power of these waves of spiritual dancing not only up-lifted the tribes in their time of distress but also often brought visions and power to new prophets and leaders. Neolin of the 1760s, Handsome Lake of the 1800-1820 period, and "OpenDoor" were all heavy drinkers who became teetotaling prophets after various purifying dance waves carried them into personal vision and salvation. These men often met with Jesus in Spirit and got specific advice on how to purify their old ways, how to adjust to contact with whites, and how to keep their dances and other spiritual practices intact in new Christ-oriented settings, and paradigms.

All over the Americas, from California to the East Coast, Indians danced for salvation and got hope, power, and new spiritual direction. The spiritual power was contagious, and many spiritual leaders traveled far from their own tribes and territory, like Smo-halla from Washington who toured the Apache-Din' e Southwest and Mexico to return with fresh ideas, hope, and insight to re-form and reenergize his own peoples. Sioux traveled to Nevada and California specifically to go see Wovoka and his Spirit Dance and to bring it back home if it was worth having. It was, and they did bring it back.

And Jesus himself called the Master of Life and the Master of Breath, encouraged many of these waves of dance and helped rebuild traditional form into new Christian, but thoroughly In-lian, churches. The Indian prophets were so dear about this commissioning from Jesus that they argued theology with various vhite missionaries and even asked them why they killed "their lord Jesus." And common to many of these reforms and visions was the promise and hope that one day Indians would be able to live in peace with whites-even with respect in a world that ended war and became Heaven on Earth. The messianic Christ who inspired Wovoka's "ghost-spirit" dance is often blurred by its Indianness and also by white misrepresentarion. Likewise, the Dawn Star's inspiration of the modern Native American Churchs often overlooked by non-Natives who enjoy thinking of Indians as exotic and even pagan. Yet the overall pattern is clear. Dancing with spiritual goals does work. We modern folks feel disconnected and threatened at times by change and modern life like the Indians did; our damage to the life of Earth threatens us; often we lack deep spiritual experience as individuals and as communities; and we have substance abuse problems like the Indians had. Creator and Dawn Star still answer our prayers, and we still have feet to dance and ears to hear the drums. It is time to celebrate the fulfillment of Heavens promise of peace on Earth and to use these Earth-robe bodies of ours to generate Spirit. That's what Creator put us here for. . . so let's dance!
